There are various quite FALSE "ideas" floating about in our society on the topic of understanding to play guitar that have to do with being left or appropriate handed. These concepts stem from ignorant appropriate handed guitarists, lazy guitar teachers, or funds-motivated product sales staff at musical instrument shops who are on kickbacks from some distinct guitar brand, and occasionally even from bitter and twisted left-handed guitarists themselves who somehow feel "cursed."
